Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we are asked most.
How much does pest control cost?
Every job is different, so we do not publish fixed prices. Call us or request a quotation and we will give you a clear price before any work starts.
Do you offer emergency pest control?
Yes. We take emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 07777 225050 and we will arrange the earliest visit we can.
Can you come out the same day?
We aim to offer same-day or next-day visits wherever our diary allows. Call us and we will tell you the earliest time available.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
We plan every treatment around the people and animals in the property. Tell us about children, pets and anyone vulnerable when you book, and we will explain any precautions.
Do you work with businesses and landlords?
Yes. We work with households, landlords, letting agents, HMOs and commercial premises.
How do I pay?
We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment terms are confirmed on your quotation before any work is booked.
Do you publish prices?
No. Each job depends on the pest, the property and the level of activity, so we give you a quotation after discussing the problem or inspecting.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the pest. Wasp nests usually need one visit. Rats, mice, bed bugs and cockroaches usually need follow-up visits. We will tell you what to expect.
Do you use poison?
Only where it is justified and safe. We use traps, proofing and non-chemical methods where they are suitable. Any rodenticide is placed in secured, tamper-resistant stations in line with the CRRU Code of Best Practice.
Do you deal with honey bees?
We do not treat honey bees. We can identify the bees and point you to a local beekeeper or swarm collector.
What is a rat gate?
A rat gate is fitted inside a drain to let waste water flow out while stopping rats travelling back up the pipe into your property.
Are you qualified?
Yes. Our technician is a member of the BASIS PROMPT register and is certified in rodent control and insect control. Our technicians are DBS checked and safeguarding trained and certified.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Hampshire, West Sussex, Dorset and Wiltshire.
How do you use my personal information?
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and provide your service, and keep them securely in our customer system. See our privacy policy for details.
